  • 1/2 cup 1/2 sour cream

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 boiling water

  • Cream Filling:
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 heavy cream

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon 1 vanilla extract

  • Cupcake Toppers:
  • Fondant or icing of choice

  • Food coloring

Directions
